Kurt Petric is the Owner and General Contractor at Rado Construction Management. He earned a Construction Management degree at Roger Williams University and has a passion for the construction industry and building Southwest Florida.
He has years of experience working at some of the largest and most established construction companies in the country, such as Mortenson and LRC Construction. He has worked in a variety of roles during his time in construction, such as an estimator and project engineer on a range of projects. Those projects include a fast-paced $25+ million elementary school renovation completed in four months, and large design build skyscrapers and apartment buildings throughout the New York City metro.
Most recently he has been working on high end home renovations, custom homes, small commercial projects and restaurants as an Estimator and Project Manager here in southwest Florida.
Our History
Kurt Petric founded Rado Construction Management to honor his late grandfather, Rado (raa-doh), with a clear and simple mission:
To honor his legacy by building a company that does the right thing and enshrines his name, beliefs and principals into everything we do.
In 1955 Rado Petric escaped communism in Croatia and came to America with a dream; a dream to be free, to raise a good family and to succeed greater than he ever could under a communist regime.
Rado always dreamed his kids and grandchildren would build a better life than he had the opportunity to. He taught them to do the right thing, to be curious, to ask questions, to strive to constantly improve, to do a job that you can be proud of and to leave the world a better place than you found it.
At Rado Construction Management we do just that. We do not play games, offer excuses or dismiss client concerns. We recognize that we work for you. Our number one goal is client satisfaction and we accomplish that by working together and setting clear expectations. We educate the client on the best materials and practices to improve their experience and limit confusion or frustration during the project.
We recognize construction can be difficult and while proper planning can help prevent issues, issues will arise. We commit to keeping our clients informed and working together to reach the best outcome and have difficult conversations when needed.
